The 4 wheel mobility scooter can me more expensive than it's 3 wheel cousin but prices are coming down all of the time.
And 4 wheels offer more stability than 3. Although 3 wheel scooters are good in the right environment, 4 wheels offer a more stable ride and the ability to travel over rougher ground.
